[Davisgig] Thoughts on "why the average user needs this"

This is a great point!
We might consider including teens in our outreach efforts.
They deal with network lag every day and are potentially our best allies to help educate parents and friends.

BTW I want a lawn sign “Ask me about Davis Fiber” 
too soon??
