[Davisgig] ISP deploys fiber service with a wrinkle—the users themselves own each network

Hi  All

We just finished out 2nd fiber deployment North of Davis. We are looking 
for our next fiber projects now, and are evaluating underserved areas 
for CASF  grant money assistance. We welcome any ideas.

We would love to work with a co-op of fiber member owners, if there is 
interest and someone wants to help get that going, we'd look at working 
with it.

As far as ATT doing more fiber in Davis. We suspect they will in areas 
where its most cost effective for them to do so. At this point, if its 
not a new development, they have only been working in areas with poles, 
that we can tell.
