 All, Bill Julian suggested converting the attached audio file to another format, so here it is in MP3 format which should be easier to open.  Let me know if further conversion is needed ... and please suggest the desired format.

"With the pandemic restrictions on gatherings, the need for community broadband access is greater than ever.
