[Davisgig] Fwd: Follow up from Eric Gudz - Community Broadband

Ditto on that previous idea: I fully support the idea to contact candidates
prior to election day to remind and encourage them all to review the latest
plan iteration. Maybe they'll offer to provide comments - or even outright
support for the overall goal.
