[Davisgig] Meeting 3/4/15 6pm & CITY COUNCIL

Hi

Does anyone know when the public could make comments on this issue?

Would it be at the public comment period at the beginning of the meeting?

Or would it be during the issue's presentation at say 8:30pm-8:45 pm ?
