[Urcad] 11/01 Rate Increase

Dear Residents at URC

Om Networks has raised its rates on the first 2 product tiers we offer 
to  URC residents by $3. We have done this to keep up with the ever 
increasing costs of utilities, insurance, and facilities. We have not 
made any price increases over the past 4 years, nor do we intend to 
increase rates again for at least another 4.  We did put a line item 
notice in the October bill everyone rec'd advising of the rate increase 
coming in November.

We hope you will continue to support our Davis-based locally-owned 
business, as we believe you know how important it is to have a local 
provider who can come and help with issues. We believe we do a good job, 
and we do a lot of  outreach out there to the facility to help people 
stay connected.

We do plan to increase everyone's subscribed speed by at least 50% when 
your new contracts are in place for our fiber backhaul from the 
building. We anticipate that time frame to be 2-4 months
