[Urcad] URC Internet System Maintenance - 2011.11.02 - 12:00

Hi

We will be performing maintenance on the URC core router on Wed, Nov 2 
at around noon. We will be rebooting the core router which will disrupt 
Internet Connections. We anticipate the downtime to be 10-15 minutes, 
with perhaps several reboots.
