[Urcad] 201106011900 Network Outage

Problem: Internet Access interrupted. Reported by Omsoft Staff at 7:10

Cause: Main battery backup UPS seems to have shorted dropping power 
connections to some core network hardware. Some circuit breakers were 
tripped.

Resolution: Power rerouted to alternate UPS, and systems brought back up 
    in orderly fashion. Services fully restored by about 8:30pm
