They need to hear from and see us! Tell them to take action to:

- stop Israel's massacres that have now killed over 2100 Gazans, mostly
civilians including nearly 500 children.
- end the blockade that is choking the 1.7 million people of Gaza.

Here are 5 things you can do this week:

1)
o-nothing1.pdf> This Wednesday, August 27, 2014, 10am - 6pm, come for all or
part of the one-day protest at the Federal Building, 501 I St. in downtown
Sacramento.
<https://www.facebook.com/events/644836485613716/?context=create&source=49>
We will vigil in front of the building and invite people to participate
in: a die-in, reading names of those killed, and going to Matsui and
Boxer's offices to deliver letters, pictures of the bombing, names of
victims, etc. We will also do call-ins to electeds in near-by districts,
including: Garamendi, Bera, McNerney, LaMalfa, McClintock. Around 3:45pm, we
will begin rallying as rush hour traffic picks up. Bring family, friends,
co-workers, etc. Park at on-street meters in area & Old Sacramento or take
lite rail to the Sacramento Valley station or local buses.

2) Every day this week, Aug 25-29, please call President Obama and Congress
and ask what they are doing to stop Israel from killing people in Gaza and
to end the blockade. See contact info below or go to:
www.sacbds.org/contact.

3) At least one day this week, ask the manager of a local store to stop
selling Israeli products. For a partial list of products sold at local
stores, go to: www.sacbds.org/products.

4) Sign all of the petitions for Palestine at: www.sacbds.org/petitions. If
you know of a petition that isn't on this list, email it to:
<mailto:sacramentobds at gmail.com> sacramentobds at gmail.com

5) Every day this week, educate at least one person about this issue: a
family member, neighbor, friend, co-worker, classmate, etc. Tell them what
is going on. Invite them to upcoming events, see events listed below and
check www.sacpeace.org for updates.
