Hi Folks

So no big new FTTH provider for El Macero, just BigCableCo.

BigCableCo has been approached some 2 years ago about building out
in El Macero, and the community was going to levy a fee on all the
property owners to do so. .

BigCableCo at first said it would do FTTH, then it changed
deployment medium to coax, and a resident didnt want a mandatory fee
for coax, insisted on fiber, and lodged a legal complaint.

BigCableCo has now changed their tune again to say they would do
FTTH, the community has since looked to raise the money privately,
from residents opting to take the BigCableCo service, and was not
able to make it happen without the help of local real estate
agencies. The community now awaits to see if its good enough for
BigCableCo to deploy.

So that is where the situation is, makes sense to me as it was
explained.

Hopefully El Macero residents get better Internet Access
opportunities soon.

Thanks
