    I think 1-3 people mentioning it at Public Comment would be good. <br>

    We have one person who spoke up at Farmer's Market saying they would
    go. I'd appreciate anyone else too. <br>

    Perhaps you can ask the Council to consider funding the Formal needs
    assessment with any current <br>
    telecommunications funds, as it would be a valuable asset going
    forward.  There are a lot of feuding funding needs right now, but
    none of them deliver <br>
    revenues directly to the City. They need to know this. <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    We can't afford to wait until the following 06/2018 election to get
    this voted  on and funded. <br>
    This needs to be considered at some level at the next election if
    citizens are going to be<br>
    paying for this network through some sort of city bond.<br>
