[Davisgig] what about overhead fiber?

That's a surprise to me. Of the places I've lived, Davis seems to have the
fewest utility poles. I know there are poles on Pole Line and B street, but
otherwise I can't think of any places with poles in areas I frequent,
namely north, central, and downtown Davis.
