[Davisgig] EDDM Flat for DavisGIG Copy

Hi Folks

I'm working up a FLAT that will USPS EDDM to 20,000 or so homes the week 
of 11.13, in support of the Broadband Survey. This has to go to the 
printer by tomorrow at the latest, and the flat layout is currently 
underway.

I'm sharing the copy which will mostly be on the rear side of the flat
