[Davisgig] Letter of Support for Municipal Broadband from DavisGIG

Hi


Here is a letter I started putting together. REALLY need some ancillary 
good benefits of what the fiber might bring to the town, but any 
criticism is helpful.  Please put in on the bulleted list. This is just 
a draft, and has not really been closely edited.

I will need to get it to city staff by Friday at the latest.

Looks like according to Sarah Worley things are still good for April 
3rd. We'll see what time it comes in at.
