Hi Folks

Heard today that the city received 8 proposals for the FSR from firms 
around the country. They were due Monday of this week, and the Task 
Force hopes to have the award to the firm by Feb or so 2017.  I think 
there is only 20 or so firms in the US that offer this type of service, 
so its strongly encouraging to see so many interested firms, willing to 
help us evaluate this for Davis.

Thanks to everyone on the task force that is reading all of these great 
proposals, and best of luck on coming to a good decision!
