Hi

Although this is a great idea to move this along, I'm concerned that if 
the Task Force doesnt at least get to see this document and feel that 
they have been able to "be involved" they might be less inclined to 
participate in our process.

At this point, it looks like the Task Force wont meet for at least 3-4 
weeks...so that would put vendor selection after May 3rd.

Thoughts?
