[Davisgig] Comcast 2 Gbps Residential FTTH offer - Thoughts?

The quetion is, what would it cost for gigabit service? Do you have to subscribe to Comcast cable for this? Would there still be metering and different speeds for different providers? Not to mention lousy customer service. So, maybe.
