I've produced them for my photography business before.  They cost
roughly $3.50 per each bumper sticker, assuming a quantity of 100.  They
go up or down from there depending on the quantity you order, with the
cheapest being $3.11 for 500.

There might be cheaper places to produce them; I'm not sure.
