At this meeting we will be covering, 

1) Fiscal Issues - Appropriate disbursements of funds, we have collected  ~$725 on behalf of DavisGIG

2) Next PR Event, Lawn signs, Website Tweaks

3) There is interest, now what? FSR , Finance, and Tech teams?
