Hi

Yeah I think a good plan would be to get some kind of talking points, 
and good document. Make sure we have collectively "thought it through"

So when we do go to council folks - we have a good plan of how to do it, 
and how it will work, and we aren't herming and hawing.

So that's why I'm asking for feedback, and perhaps an organizational 
meeting so we can hammer that out.
